If your content has been removed due to a copyright claim, and you believe this was done in error, you have the right to file a counter-notice. This notice should include:

Identification of the content that was removed and where it was originally posted.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
Your full contact details, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction in a U.S. federal court and will accept service of legal process from the party who submitted the original takedown.

We keep a record of copyright complaints and follow a strict policy for repeat offenses. Users who repeatedly violate copyright may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

AccessorizeX collaborates with talented independent creators worldwide. While we take steps to verify all designs before listing them, it's possible that content may be unintentionally misattributed.

Proof that the content belongs to you (a portfolio link, social profile, timestamped post, etc.).
Your full name and contact info.
Please title the email: TAKEDOWN REPORT.
