Refund Policy

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At AccessorizeX.com, our mission to reduce waste and protect the planet shapes the way we handle returns. As part of our sustainability efforts, we currently do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer store credit. This includes cases such as choosing the wrong size, a change of mind, or items purchased during sales or clearance events.

We strongly encourage you to double-check the size chart and product descriptions before finalizing your purchase. Please be aware that a 1-3cm measurement variance is normal due to manufacturing standards.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Unavailable Items

Refunds are granted if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.

  • The item is out of stock.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • We are unable to ship the item.

For damaged or faulty items, please send clear photos showing the issue to support@accessorizex.com. Our team will review the claim and let you know if a refund is applicable.

🧵 Note: Some products like jeans or skirts may come with a closed buttonhole. This is intentional and indicates the item is brand new. You can carefully open it with scissors or a seam ripper. If you're unable to do so, reach out to us — though we can’t always guarantee a refund in these cases.


Out of Stock or Shipping Limitations

In the event that:

  • An item is no longer in stock,

  • You received the wrong product,

  • Or we can’t ship it due to external factors,

…we’ll either issue a refund or let you keep the item and resend the correct one.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellations aren’t possible. However, if you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to update the order before it’s shipped.


Shipping Address Mistakes

Please double-check your address before placing an order. We can’t take responsibility for incorrect shipping details provided at checkout or for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

If we make an error on our end, we’ll either reship the item or issue a refund.

Packages marked “return to sender” due to a wrong address are typically destroyed by the shipping company and won’t come back to us — in such cases, we can’t refund or resend the item.

If a parcel is lost during transit because of a courier’s mistake, we will contact the shipping provider and, if it can’t be recovered, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
